03Questions
- Are you licensed?
- Yes — FAA Part 107 certified. Every flight is operated under Part 107 rules, including airspace authorization where required.
- Is the airspace here a problem?
- Not with the right paperwork. Much of the valley sits under controlled airspace — Provo's surface area to the south, the Salt Lake Class B shelf to the north. Authorization is handled through LAANC before the shoot, and documentation is available on request.
- What happens if the weather turns?
- Wind and low ceilings are the two things that ground a shoot on the Wasatch Front, and both are common. If conditions are unsafe or unflattering, we reschedule at no cost — you are never charged for a day we could not fly.
